A collaboration with Æblerov, created to complement the signature pink oyster with a fruity wine featuring high acidity and notes of rhubarb and rosehip.
Apples and grapes were blended to craft an easy-to-drink wine with lower alcohol. The apples were matured in red Loire barrels on old lees, blended before bottling, primed with rosehip sugar, and disgorged in February 2024.
