1. Delivery Time
The delivery time for our products is typically 2-4 business days from the receipt of the order, and for the rest of the world, usually within 5-15 business days.
Shipping costs for the delivery of the selected product are specified on the respective product and shipped via DAO, with costs calculated based on the product’s weight.
2. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt. The notification must be given via email.
Returning goods is at your own expense, and you are liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
3. Warranty
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty on all goods, which means you may have the right to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors, damages, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation or lack of maintenance.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is made within two months of the discovery of the defect, the complaint is always considered timely.
